STEM Night: Thanksgiving Kitchen Science

Celebrate Thanksgiving with a family-friendly STEM night! Participants will discover the science behind two classic kitchen ingredients by making Bread in a Bag and Butter in a Jar. Along the way, families will learn how yeast helps bread rise and how cream transforms into butter through simple chemistry. Best of all, you'll take their creations home to enjoy at your Thanksgiving celebrations!
