The C3 Evergreen Gala
After one year of showing up in neighborhoods, building relationships, responding to community needs, and creating safer spaces, C3 will celebrate that work with an elegant evening featuring networking, a live auction, an awards ceremony, and dinner.
The gala will also serve as a fundraiser, with proceeds reinvested into the communities C3 serves to support continued neighborhood engagement, safety initiatives, youth programming, and community-based services.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, October 23, 2026, at The Heritage Center in Shively.
Tickets are $25 each, with early-bird tickets available for $22.50. Full tables may be reserved for $200. Community members are encouraged to reserve their seats early for C3’s first anniversary celebration. For ticket sales and additional information, call 502-448-0092.
In just one year, C3 has made a growing impact across Louisville neighborhoods. What began as a grassroots movement in Parkland and Park DuValle quickly expanded into Hazelwood and Shawnee.
C3 is an advanced neighborhood watch focused on training, equipping, and activating authentic neighbors to help create safer, non-violent communities. The organization also established a 24/7/365 access line for non-emergency community concerns, providing residents with an additional way to report issues and connect with support.
Over the past year, C3 has participated in more than 71 community events and meetings, hosted monthly neighborhood activation meetings and community safety trainings, led youth engagement activities, supported neighborhood improvement efforts, and strengthened partnerships throughout the communities it serves.
C3 has also provided immediate assistance to families experiencing tragedy, including families displaced by house fires and families impacted by the murder of loved ones due to gun violence. Whether responding to an urgent need, connecting residents with resources, or simply showing up during difficult moments, C3 has worked to remain a consistent neighborhood presence.
The C3 Evergreen Gala will celebrate that first year of service while helping build momentum for what comes next.
While the evening will carry the elegance of a gala, at its heart, it is a community celebration. Neighbors, families, supporters, business owners, community partners, and anyone who believes in safer, stronger neighborhoods are invited to attend and be part of this milestone moment.
