Holiday Cooking Class with Chef Val

Holidays can be challenging when attempting to create a flavorful dish that is also healthy. Chef Val will teach you how to make a tofu dish with the flavors of a Salisbury gravy. If you have ever thought that tofu has no flavor, this dish will change your mind! This is the perfect meat substitute dish for your holiday meal. Samples will be given. This recipe is vegan, gluten free, whole foods, and sugar free. Registration is required.
