Diwali Lights & Sparkles

Celebrate Diwali, the Festival of Lights, with an evening of creative, teen-friendly crafts! Participants will decorate a CD with sequins, gem, and vibrant designs to sparkling diya centerpiece with a tea light in the middle. They'll also make a colorful pom-pom garland featuring a paper diya and create a beautiful 3D Diwali lantern to brighten their room or window. Mandala coloring sheets will be available for those who want to relax and unwind while celebrating this colorful festival. Join us as we celebrate with light, color, and art inspired by Diwali traditions.

Children 6 and older may attend the event while their adult caregiver uses other areas of the library. Children 6-12 will not be released from the program until their adult caregiver collects them at the door.
