Create & Connect! (Adults 60+)

Registration is required.

Are you an adult age 60+ looking for something creative to do in a social setting? Check out Create & Connect, where you can meet other arts and crafts enthusiasts while experimenting with the library's craft supplies!

Explore different craft stations or use the library's supplies to make your own unique creation. Already working on your own art project? Feel free to bring it along and enjoy creating in good company.

Craft supplies and light breakfast refreshments will be provided. No prior art experience required. Just bring your creativity, imagination, and an open mind! We'll also have library books featuring a variety of art techniques, media, and artists available to browse and check out.

Create & Connect will be offered on the first Friday of the month September–December 2026 and February–March 2027. Funding for this program was provided through the Molina Healthcare of Michigan Grant Program.
