Ball Painting
For our final painting adventure, we’re putting the paintbrushes away and bringing out the balls! Children will experiment with different sizes and types of balls, coating them in paint and then rolling, bouncing, pushing, and moving them across a large collaborative canvas.
Different balls create completely different tracks, textures, splashes, and patterns. Children can experiment with speed, direction, pressure, and color while discovering how movement changes their artwork. This is a big-body, hands-on process art experience designed to let children create through movement and play rather than sitting at a table with a paintbrush.
Ponchos and foot protection will be provided, and the creative morning will wrap up with pizza, bread, and juice for lunch.
Registration closes 48 hours before the event.
