Wild Game Dinner
Join us at Dixboro House for an evening inspired by the traditions, flavors, and bounty of the hunting season.
For one night, the entire restaurant will become the setting for a five course tasting experience from Chef Garrett Lipar, showcasing wild game, thoughtfully sourced ingredients, and foraged flavors of the season.
Guests may also choose to compliment the experience with an optional wine pairing featuring classic Old World selections chosen to accompany each course.
Rustic, elegant, and rooted in the traditions of the season, the Wild Game Dinner is a celebration of the hunt, the harvest, and gathering around the table.
