1) Ooze is chillout project of Sebastian Mullaert (Son Kite, Minilogue and Dab Screen member) there are actually 3 projects called Ooze http://e.discogs.com/artist/Ooze+(2) - from Sebastian, the most known, appeared on Chillosophy compilations and other two http://e.discogs.com/artist/Ooze http://e.discogs.com/artist/Ooze+(3) but these aren't producing under name Ooze anymore 2) From the left-over amino acids of Bile comes Ooze. X-Bile electronic drummer Omen now takes on full time responsibility of sequencing, sampling, and sacrificing the techno-industrial-hardcore conglomerate known as OOZE. Omen played and performed on Bile releases Suckpump & Teknowhore, and the band contributed a song for the Mortal Combat soundtrack. After shows/tours with Marilyn Manson, Type O Negative, & Gwar! Omen felt the need to be more experimental in the Rave, Hip-Hop, SFX categories......perverting these envelopes to their maximum intensity. After schlepping around New York & the east coast for what seemed like an eternity, Omen packed up the junk truck in the summer of 2003 and headed out west to infiltrate and infatuate the golden state with its unhinged techno terror. Ooze was originally blueprinted back in '92 as Nuclear Rainbow, a post apocalyptic performance art piece conceived during the pre-Bile days. Now, exactly 10 years later this fantasy is not far from reality. With the destruction of the Twin Towers, we are realizing a nuclear attack may be conceivable. Ooze fittingly attacks the stage with their electro assault as if the apocalypse is here & they are the radioactive hot outer plume of the Mushroom cloud. Songs such as My Side, riot on the runway & Radioactive Beat Box offer messages of both deconstruction and reconstruction. Ooze uses many New York styles of Breakbeat to spice up their industrial genre, skipping over the standard grind march that so many bands have beat to death. Ooze has two EP's under their filthy belt, "Spawned from the Tip of Satan’s Dick" & "Astroglide". Following those, the dark, beat-driven Ethnic Panic Attacks was born, where no soul or sanity is spared. A west coast tour is being prepared for the spring and summer months. As always, Ooze continues to demonstrate beyond a shadow of a doubt that there is no ending that does not revert to a beginning: Ground Zero, start over...See you in the hereafter!
