Nebraska Nonprofit Management Institute\: Budgets and Resource Allocation

This program offers nonprofit professionals the opportunity to learn about the mechanics of the operating budget, allocation resources to strategic priorities, managing budget performance, how to prepare a cash budget, using the operating and cash budget as management tools. Completion of Understanding Nonprofit Financial Statements is required prior to enrolling.
