NRICH\: Emotional Intelligence at Work

What if the key to better teamwork and stronger leadership wasn't a new process - but a deeper understanding of yourself and the people around you? Based on The Emotional Intelligence Quick Book by Travis Bradberry and Jean Greaves, this hands-on workshop explores the practical side of emotional intelligence\: how to recognize your own emotional patterns, decode what's really driving conflict, and respond with intention instead of reaction. We'll unpack the science behind why emotions hijack our thinking, expand your interpersonal toolkit and practice real-world skills through empathy mapping exercises that bring your colleagues' perspectives to life. You won't just leave with insights - you'll leave with a personalized 30-day action plan and a peer accountability partner to make sure the growth sticks.
