Mental Health First Aid for Higher Ed
Mental Health First Aid for Higher Ed trains campus community members to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders. This in-person, skills-focused course is delivered across four sessions and equips participants to provide initial support, de-escalate crises, and connect individuals to campus and community resources. Recommended for faculty, staff, and student leaders who want practical tools to intervene safely and compassionately.
Sessions: Sept 8 (7–9 pm), Sept 15 (7–9 pm), Sept 22 (7–8 pm), Oct 20 (7–9 pm).
