The Dickinson Reading Room ~ If You Were Coming in the Fall
Whether you've spent years reading Emily Dickinson or you're simply curious about the poet behind the famous white dress, you're invited to join our monthly Emily Dickinson Discussion Circle. Meeting once a month in both in-person and virtual formats, this laid-back gathering will explore Dickinson's poetry, letters, life, and world through open conversation. We'll share favorite poems and passages, uncover historical and cultural context, discuss new research and interpretations, and enjoy the company of fellow literature enthusiasts. Think of it as a friendly college seminar without the homework—a welcoming space for both lifelong admirers and complete beginners to read, learn, and discover Emily together. The discussion poem will be "If You Were Coming in the Fall." To join virtually, click here https://us02web.zoom.us/j/5412031363?omn=82374876597 Adult and Young Adult.
