Veteran ID Mobile Unit

Brought to you by Montgomery County Recorder Lori Kennedy's Office, the Veteran ID Card Program serves as a proactive safety net to ensure veterans securely record their DD-214 and obtain a valid form of state-issued identification that can be used to assist in obtaining healthcare benefits, burial benefits, specialized veteran loans, store discounts, and more. Veteran ID cards can be made on-site for veterans who bring their DD-214 to the program. Other community partners will be on site, as well.

Advanced registration is encouraged but not required.

Please Remember: Bring your DD214 discharge papers to be recorded for safekeeping along with additional identification to receive a complementary Veteran ID Card while you wait. Replacement cards will be issued to those who need one to due to expirations, address change, or poor condition of the origin.
