Nature Journaling: Capturing Autumn

Celebrate the beauty of autumn through observation, creativity, and curiosity during this guided Nature Journaling workshop. Set against the backdrop of the Maumee River, you’ll learn simple techniques for capturing the vibrant colors of fall, the changing light, and the distinctive trees found along the shoreline.

Nature journaling combines words, sketches, and observations to help you slow down, notice the world around you, and deepen your connection to nature. Using guided prompts, participants will record questions, discoveries, and reflections in a provided journal. No artistic experience or drawing ability is required—this workshop is designed especially for beginners.

All materials, including a journal and watercolor paint, will be provided.
