Conectar para Crecer: The Power of Relationships, Community, and Opportunity
Join us in understanding that networking is more than exchanging business cards, it is about building meaningful relationships, sharing experiences, opening doors, and creating opportunities for one another. This interactive roundtable will explore the impact that intentional connections can have on our personal and professional growth, particularly within the Latino community.
Participants will have the opportunity to:
Share personal stories
Discuss barriers that make networking difficult or uncomfortable
Explore ways we create welcoming and inclusive networks
Leave motivated to intentionally build and strengthen their professional and personal networks
Together, we will consider not only learn how to expand our own circles, but how we can use our connections, knowledge, and experiences to uplift others who may not yet feel connected.
This in-person event has limited capacity. The location will be sent in a calendar invitation prior to the event. We will be in Kalamazoo County for planning purposes. We also expect this event to reach capacity, so please let us know if your plans change and you can no longer attend.
