Join us at Food + Farm Exploration Center for the second installment of Taste of History: The Agricultural & Culinary Journey of Corn, a three-part culinary history series led by Chef Dave. Learn about pioneer agriculture tools, field practices, and early recorded recipes while watching live cooking demonstrations and enjoying authentic tasting samples, recipe cards, and a comforting fall meal.
