Make a Charcuterie Board

Learn how to make a magazine-worthy charcuterie board, just in time for the holiday season. Bring some of your own supplies if you want, but we will have various cheeses, meats, fruits, candies, etc.

Presenter: Amber Sawyer is an author and chef from Horicon, Wisconsin. Before coming to Richland Center's Quail Run Golf Course as their executive chef, she was formerly employed as a sous chef in Dodge County. Amber enjoys sharing her love of cooking and charcuterie, traveling to almost 50 libraries throughout Southern Wisconsin. She has her own baking business, Sawyer Sweets, primarily during the Christmas season. Amber loves coming up with new recipes and ideas for her kitchen and making her favorite creations, cheesecake.
