"Murder Mystery at the Annex: Tragedy in Titletown.
The story: Chet ""Cheesehead"" Wurst, a loudmouth and self-proclaimed number one fan of the Green Bay Packers, is tailgating before the game. The air is crisp, the grills are fired up, meat is cooking, and everyone is ready for a fun day of eating, drinking, and football. But, as past and current confrontations come to a head, Chet meets his demise before he can ever make it into the stadium.
Little does he know that he is tailgating with a slue of suspects, none of whom like him and some who would like him dead. But which one committed the murder?
Setting: The parking lot at Lambeau Field, present day.
Suspects:
Bart, whose wife has been harassed by Chet
Erin, whose daughter was yelled at by Chet
Paul, who was previously injured by Chet
Ray, who stole from Chet and then had his tired slashed
Sue, Chet's ex-girlfriend
Cherry, whose car was damaged at a previous game
Willie, Chet's step-brother who loaned him money
Deanna, Willie's unemployed girlfriend
The game can be played with two to eight players, and more if we split into teams. You are welcome to come in costume if you choose! We will play in the atmospheric Annex, to give the mystery a proper setting. Registration is recommended so we have some idea of how many people plan to play. You may register online or in person at the library. Snacks will be provided!"
