When you register, please print this waiver, have your guardian fill it out and either turn in a printed copy at the front desk or scan and email a copy to lstarling [at] blvpl.org (lstarling[at]blvpl[dot]org). Participants without a signed waiver won't be allowed to attend the class.
Join us for a four-part class series on the basics of machine sewing! We will cover machine safety, machine parts and sewing basics. Then, we will work on a simple project or two. No prior experience is needed and all supplies will be provided. Participants should plan on attending all four classes.
Our sewing instructor, Pat Manion, has been sewing since age 14. She has experience teaching grades 4K - 7th and also teaching various art classes in the community.
