True Story, Phillips Public Library’s new nonfiction book club

Love nonfiction but don’t want to be limited to just one book? Join True Story, Phillips Public Library’s new nonfiction book club! Each month, we will choose a topic and you will choose a book, magazine, documentary etc.... to learn more about that topic.

Come ready to share what you discovered, hear about sources others have chosen, and enjoy great conversation. There’s no required reading list, just bring your curiosity and love of learning.

We will meet on the first Thursday of the month. Our first meeting will be Thursday September 3rd at 2 pm. At that meeting we will discuss parameters and pick our first topic. Don’t worry if you can’t make it. You can contact us to let us know you are interested or just come to the next meeting on October 1st at 2pm.
