Compassion Under Fire: Stories of Combat Medics

This exhibit highlights 17 Wisconsinites who risked their lives to deliver medical treatment to their comrades. From WW II to recent conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan, combat medics served their country by tending to their comrades. Oftentimes working in harsh and dangerous conditions, our brave men and women consistently responded with life-saving medical intervention.
