Community Connections: Creating Pathways to Hope

Community Connections: Creating Pathways to Hope is a FREE regional community resource fair bringing organizations, programs, and valuable resources together in one welcoming and accessible location.

Join us on Thursday, October 22, 2026, from 3:00–7:00 p.m. at the Richland Center Community Center to connect directly with resources serving individuals and families throughout Southwest Wisconsin.

Attendees can learn about resources related to housing and basic needs, employment, transportation, healthcare, mental health, substance use and recovery, autism and disability supports, veterans services, legal assistance, reentry, family and caregiver support, older adults, women's and maternal health, crisis and suicide prevention, and more.

Community Connections is all-inclusive and open to everyone. Whether you're looking for help for yourself, supporting a family member or friend, or simply want to learn what resources are available in our communities, you're welcome to attend.

Community organizations and programs are still welcome to get involved! If your organization provides free or low-cost resources that could benefit individuals and families in Southwest Wisconsin, we'd love to hear from you. We also welcome community members interested in volunteering to help make the event a success.

Admission is FREE. No registration is required to attend.

Come discover resources you may not have known existed, meet participating organizations face-to-face, and help us create pathways to hope throughout Southwest Wisconsin.
