Youth Poetry Workshop
Experiment with poetry and find creative ways to express yourself! We read a poem, learn poetic terms, and write our own poem in a fun, welcoming space. Come write, listen, share, or just try something new.
Workshops are led by Maya Tsingos, a local poet and medical student at Rush University. She is a 2026-2027 Chicago Area Schweitzer Fellow spending the year teaching poetry to youth across Chicago.
For kids 10 to 13.
