Catholic Children's Home Friendsgiving Bakk

The Advisory Board of the Catholic Children’s Home is pleased to announce our 2nd Friendsgiving Ball, a celebration of friends. Friendsgiving is a Thanksgiving celebration of our chosen family…our friends. The Children’s Home has a long history of being blessed with friends in the community that continue to support us and the services we provide to needy children and families. Just like with any high school prom, we will celebrate a year of friends with having a good time. The evening will highlight a silent auction, crowning of our Friendsgiving Ball King and Queen, an opportunity to create a one of a kind friend’s bracelet, karaoke, good food, good company and dancing. Proceeds of the event will be used to support critically needed youth programs and services. We will also be awarding individuals with “Most Likely To” awards (you have to be present to vote and to win). The event will be on Saturday, November 21, 2026 at the Commons, located on the campus of Lewis and Clark Community College, Godfrey, IL. The silent auction, cocktails and passed appetizers are scheduled to begin at 6:00 pm. Formal attire is suggested. Tickets to the event are currently available for $50.00 per person.
