Behavior Health System Navigators from Iowa Primary Care Association are here for you.

An on-site Behavioral Health System Navigator with the Iowa Primary Care Association can answer questions, research options and offer connection to providers, services and resources for you or a loved one.

System Navigators offer free help and resources for:

- Addition

- Alcohol use

- Depression

- Drug use

- Gambling

- Housing & food needs

- Mental health concerns

- Suicidal thoughts

System Navigation services are available to all Iowans free of charge, and there are no insurance requirements.
