Ruck The Mountain

Alongside the 6-mile ruck around Crystal Mountain in northern Michigan, we're bringing together physicians, physical therapists, exercise physiologists, and recovery specialists under one roof to give the community something rare: direct, unhurried access to preventative health expertise.

Registration

Each registration fee includes a Friday evening social reception featuring outdoor yoga, a campfire, and rock painting, followed by pre-ruck morning yoga and stretching on the day of the event.

Participants will also enjoy a delicious lunch immediately following the ruck. Throughout the event, attendees have access to medical professionals for questions regarding performance, recovery, medical testing, and physical therapy, alongside an official event patch and decal. Additionally, registrations include coupons for the Alpine Slide, food and beverage purchases, and a 50% savings on a Four Seasons Club membership initiation fee.
