Diabetes Wellness Fair

CMU Health’s endocrinology department will host its second annual The Sweet Truth – Diabetes Wellness Fair, Saturday, Oct. 24, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Horizons Conference Center in Saginaw, Michigan.

This free community event marks the beginning of Diabetes Awareness Month and will provide education, resources and support for those living with diabetes, caregivers, and anyone interested in prevention. Attendees can receive free health screenings, learn about diabetes management, and speak with local health professionals.
