Perfect Pies and Tarts

Pies and tarts aren't the same thing. Learn from chef Keegan Rodgers of Lakehouse Bakery what separates them, how to build a proper crust, the basics of blind and par baking, and leave with your own pie dough made by hand.

Registration is required and begins Thursday, October 22nd at 9am online, by phone, or in person at the Information Desk. Sign-ups close one day before the program starts, or when registration is full.

Seating begins 15 minutes before the event start time.
