The Washington Public Library offers individual technology help appointments for these kinds of questions and more.

Please note: Library staff are happy to help with general technology questions, but we cannot assist with private or sensitive matters such as banking, taxes, Social Security, medical records, legal forms, or anything involving personal financial information.
