Step Into the Studio

An inviting introduction to the recording studio —perfect for musicians, and/or podcasters. Whether you are a first-timer or seasoned pro, this space is for you.

Learn to use the MakeIT Place Recording Studio equipment in this FREE certification class led by Craig McClenahan.

Only one class required for certification.

After certification, reserve the space on your own time. The use of the studio is free! All you need is an SD card or flash drive to save your creation. (SD cards and flash drives available here for $7)

Registration is required and limited to 4 participants per time slot.

Teens age 13-17 may also register WITH their adult. Age 16-17 can become certified to use the studio independently!

A waitlist is common, so please call 319-653-2726 to cancel if unable to attend.
