Introduction to Herbal Medicine

Join herbalist, Sara O'Connell, for an introduction to the world of herbs and their many uses. O'Connell will explain common terminology and cover the essential introductory concepts for exploring the traditional uses of herbs. Each participant will walk away with an herbal infused honey of their own creation!
