Make Your Own Herbal Salve

Join herbalist Sara O'Connell for a fun evening making your own herbal salve. Whether you're preparing your hands for upcoming cold dry air, or learning how to make homemade gifts, an herbal salve making class will be a fun and educational experience. Each participant will take home their personal hand-crafted jar of salve!

Sara is an Iowa transplant and herbalist who is passionate about sharing her knowledge of herbal medicine and ethical and sustainable wild harvesting with others through classroom instruction and workshops. Her botanical studies began over 15 years ago. Sara studied in Oregon at the Columbines School of Botanical Studies, in the classroom and in the field, learning about physiology, botany, wildcrafting, and ethical and sustainable harvesting.
