Legacies - A Discussion Group About Timeless Authors

Do you have a yearn to read some of the great classics with others? Have you always wondered why some authors’ works seem to endure? Join us for Legacies, a program where we focus on a different timeless author each month. Some months we’ll all read and discuss a single title or short story, some months we will focus on an author and their body of work. This month we will focus on the work of Virginia Woolf.

Each discussion will begin with a short presentation about the author that will give you a sense of their life and the context of their work. Then we will have a group discussion on what we've read, focusing on shorter novels and short stories. Print copies are available at the Adult Services desk, or you can read the story online.

We meet on the Third Wednesday of each month in the Millie Knee Classroom (second floor). No registration is required.
