Date/Time: Fri, 23 Oct 2026, 10:15am - 11:15am

For ages 10 and up. Grow your creativity and writing skills in this fun haiku workshop. Writers will learn the structure and form of haiku, its origins in Japanese literature, and how Sandra Hisakuni connects this writing practice to Minnesota's Northwoods. Workshop attendees will explore this powerful tool for mindfulness, joyful reflection, and playful expression. Writers will use words and art to create their own haiku masterpiece to take home.
