¡Aprende a coser paso a paso! En colaboración con Barrios Unidos, esta serie de tres clases te enseñará los fundamentos de la máquina de coser mientras creas proyectos sencillos y prácticos.

La instructora, Érika Kika compartirá sus conocimientos y experiencia en costura en un ambiente amigable y práctico, ideal para quienes están comenzando. Las clases serán en español y están diseñadas como una serie. Es necesario inscribirse y asistir a las tres clases.

Sewing Classes in Spanish

Learn to sew step by step! In partnership with Barrios Unidos, this three-class series will teach you the basics of using a sewing machine while creating simple and practical projects.

The instructor, Érika Kika will share her sewing knowledge and experience in a friendly, hands-on environment, ideal for beginners. The classes will be taught in Spanish and are designed as a series. Registration and attendance at all three classes are required.

Érika Kika, originally from Brazil. I was working as a journalist in 2010 when I decided to gift myself a sewing machine for Christmas. That gift changed my career and opened the door to a new passion. Since then, I’ve been creating unique handmade pieces. I founded Ateliê e Mimos da Kika to share my love for sewing, showcase my creations, and inspire others to discover the joy of making something with their own hands. I love transforming fabrics and threads into beautiful, useful, and personalized pieces, and I’m excited to share what I’ve learned and create together with you.
