Saturday Vibe - Process Art Adventures with Now. Make. Art.

Join Now.Make.Art.'s teaching artists for this interactive program series that will have folks moving, singing, and creating through a rich play process! This program includes process art and play stations designed specifically for ages 7 and under that focus on expanding sensory skills, building gross and fine motor skills, and creating connection between families.

Get ready for winter with a storytime inspired by The Mitten by Jan Brett, where imagination, movement, and making come together in a cozy seasonal experience. Children will listen to the beloved tale of woodland animals squeezing into a mitten for warmth, then bring the story to life through creative drama as they act out the animals’ journey through the snowy forest. After the story, we’ll build winter forts using yarn, milk crates, and other found objects. Explore color by designing a mitten of your own using bleed-through tissue paper.
