Writing as a Profession: Literary Agents: What to Look For and What to Look Out For
Most publishers won’t look at your prose manuscript unless an agent represents you. So how do you get an agent? Learn what good agents do and don’t do, and how to find the right one for your work along with the basics of writing a query letter. Part of a four-part series, “Writing as a Profession.” Attendance at all four sessions not required. Collaborator: The Loft Literary Center. This program is funded with money from Minnesota’s Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
