Free Gallery Reception for Jerome Tryon

Never been to a closing reception for an art exhibition? Now is your chance!

Join Visiting Artist Jerome Tryon at the closing reception for the Visiting Artist Exhibition! Jerome Tryon is an architectural critic at the Yale School of Architecture, designer, and artist. Tryon's art looks at how our memory shapes how we see the architecture around us. Through drawings, objects, and huge sculpted frames, Tryon invites gallery visitors to explore his steel-built world and learn more about buildings, bugs, brains, and more!

The gallery reception is free, open to the public, family-friendly, and open-house style. No RSVP is necessary to attend. Perfect for first time gallery reception attendees! Appetizers and drinks will be available. See you at the Center Art Gallery in the Covenant Fine Arts Center on November 5, from 5-8pm!

Can't make it to the reception? Jerome Tryon's exhibition runs August 27 - November 6, 2026.
