Woven Mug Rug

Ever wanted to try weaving but didn't know where to start? Join us for a fast-paced, hands-on weaving session! In this beginner workshop, you’ll learn the art of weaving on a notched loom. Using wool yarn, we’ll create a rustic mug rug — the perfect cozy landing spot for your favorite pumpkin spice latte or morning tea.

Space is limited, so registration is required and opens two weeks before the event. Doors open 15 minutes before the program; check in with library staff to claim your spot upon arrival. Unclaimed seats will be given to walk-ins five minutes before the program starts.
