Anxiety Reduction Using Meditation
Life in today’s world is stressful. People are anxious about their health, their finances, their relationships, their safety, and their work. Through meditation, we can calm the body and the mind, and once we connect to a place of happiness and peace within us, we experience a reduction in our anxiety.
Join longtime meditator Zelma Pierce Chamberlain, M.Ed., who will share practical steps to learning how to meditate and provide an opportunity for participants to try it on their own. By incorporating meditation into your daily routine, you will see the changes!
