Join the Pomerantz Career Center for a conversation with employers about the skills, experiences, and qualities that help students thrive after graduation. Panelists will share what they value in emerging professionals, how students can better recognize and communicate the skills they are developing, and the ways coursework, internships, research, campus employment, leadership, service, and other experiences contribute to career readiness. They will also offer perspectives on how faculty and staff can help students reflect on their learning and make meaningful connections between their college experiences and future opportunities. Participants will leave with new insights and practical conversation starters to help students connect the dots between where they are now, what they are learning, and where they hope to go next.Register in Employee Self-Service: course #CARPAN
