Adapted by Student Counseling Services and inspired by similar initiatives at other universities, the Red Folder is a quick-reference resource designed to help faculty and staff notice when a student may be struggling and feel confident in taking supportive action. This session introduces behavioral indicators, compassionate ways to check in, and how to use the Red Folder to connect students with the help they need.
