ISU’s Early Career Certificate Program, Group 2, Session 3

During the Fall 2026 semester, the Center for Integrated Professional Development is sponsoring an Early Career Certificate Program (ECCP) designed to foster a sense of community among early career faculty across campus, while introducing them to student and faculty support resources through a variety of workshops and networking events. The focus of these sessions will be on teaching effectiveness and shaping your career at Illinois State.
The ECCP is open to any pre-tenure or NTT faculty member with a start date of August 2022 or after. To earn their certificate, participants will engage in three (3) in-person meetings and then select two (2) additional in-person or virtual CIPD offerings to complete their experience. As a reminder, all supplemental programming is available to anyone at Illinois State.
