Come spend an evening with longtime Waupaca artist Kevin Knopp, whose creative career has spanned more than 40 years. From exhibiting widely and earning his MFA to teaching and even working as a piano tuner, Kevin brings a rich and unique perspective to his work.

In this talk, he’ll share images from his travels—especially inspired by visits to The Art Institute of Chicago—alongside pieces from his own collection. Together, they help tell the story of how he approaches contemporary landscape painting.

Held alongside his current exhibition in the Waupaca Library Gallery (October 10–December 5, 2026), this presentation explores how time, memory, place, and history influence how we see the landscapes around us—both familiar and new.

✨ Whether you love art, local history, or simply seeing your surroundings in a new way, this is a great chance to connect, reflect, and be inspired.
