Library Lunch & Learn: UW-Green Bay and the Future of Composting

John Arendt, the director of the Environmental Management and Business Institute at UW-Green Bay, discusses the college’s efforts to address food waste and how Wisconsin is working to reduce the amount of food waste entering our landfills.

The ADRC of Brown County will provide a FREE meal from the Grounded Cafe to adults age 60+, as well as their spouse, regardless of age. All individuals under the age of 60 are welcome to join us for lunch at the full cost of $11.35.
