
Women's Health Empowerment Series: Pelvic and Bone Density Health
Two pelvic health physical therapists will explore the links among menopause, pelvic health, and osteoporosis, and offer strategies to protect bones. They will discuss how hormonal changes affect pelvic floor function and impact bladder, bowel, and sexual health. You will learn to reduce pelvic pain, enhance mobility, and boost confidence.

Women's Health Empowerment series is aimed at empowering women to take charge of their health decisions. This series will focus on topics concerning the changes a woman's body undergoes during perimenopause and menopause. Everyone is welcome to participate and learn from both the experts and each other.
