I Am Not Invisible (IANI): A Traveling Exhibit from the Wisconsin Veterans Museum

Created by the Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs through the Wisconsin Veterans Museum, this photo exhibit highlights the diverse, experienced, and important women who have served in the military. This traveling exhibit is generously on loan to the Library by the Wisconsin Veterans Museum in Madison.

Our Adult Bookworms Book Club is reading The Women by Kristin Hannah and will meet to discuss on November 11 at 12:00 and 6:30 pm. The novel follows a young nurse serving in Vietnam, and it's a great companion to the exhibit. Check out a copy of the book at the Circulation Desk. New members are always welcome!

Also, please join us on Friday, November 13 at 10:00 am for a Veterans Social in the Community Room, where the exhibit will be moved for the morning. Veterans, family members, and community members are all welcome to enjoy a donut, a cup of coffee, and conversation.
