2026 OSU Behavioral Health Workforce Education Summit

Collaborative Effort between OSU, Cherokee Nation Health Services, and Sequoyah High School via a team assembled under a HRSA Workforce Pathways grant aimed at increasing behavioral health workforce pipelines and pathways for Indigenous students and rural residents. The summit will include presentations by graduate students about their entry into the behavioral health field, overviews of BH programs at OSU (school psychology, clinical psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling psychology, etc.) presentations from clinics and leaders in indigenous health, etc.
