Medicare Part D Sign-up Assistance

Select the best Medicare Part D option for you with the help of a health care counselor. Starting October 1, call the library at 847-673-7774 to make an appointment.

Trained health care counselors from the Village of Skokie and Hamdard Health Alliance will be available by appointment to help you understand the Medicare Part D sign-up process and select the right option for your needs.

The Medicare Open Enrollment period for 2027 is October 15-December 7, 2026. At your appointment, compare your current plan to what other plans offer. New enrollees may also sign up.

For your appointment, please have your Medicare card, details of your current plan, and a list of your prescriptions ready. All appointments will take place in the Community Meeting Room.

An Urdu-speaking health care counselor is available November 10, November 17, and November 24.
