Chess Tournament
Four rounds (each player plays four games): 10:00, 11:30, 1:30, and 3:00.
There will be a Scholastic Section and an Open Section. The Scholastic Section is limited to K-12 students residing in Rock County. The Open Section is open to anyone residing in Rock County. Young entrants should be accompanied by an adult. Scholastics may choose to enter the Open Section if they wish.
Players have 30 minutes to complete the game. Players will be matched against others with similar scores in each round.
Open to everyone residing in Rock County. No entry fee.

Trophies awarded to: Open Champion, Scholastic Champion, Top K-6 Scholastic, and Top Female.
Director will be Mark Lencho ([email protected]). Pete Webster, 1984 State Champion, will be a participant in this event.

Owing to space limitations, only the first 80 entries will be accepted. Chess sets will be provided. We have a limited number of chess clocks. Bring a chess clock if you have one. WinTD will be used for pairing purposes.
